I got an invite ages ago and signed up but since it completely wipes your hard drive I haven't bothered installing it (No spare PC atm).
I signed up but haven't got round to installing it - the weather has been too good over the past couple of weeks, but with rain forecast this weekend I'll probably part of spend it fiddling with HS and a spare PC - apart from tomorow evening when I'm off to see the All Blacks thrash the Springboks in teh Under 19 Rugby World Championship
I've signed up just waiting for the email. I hope i get a copy, its got loads of cool backup feature's in it aswell as loads of other stuff.
Does it only support samba shares like normal Windows, or any other protocols? If I could get something to play a bit nicer with my Macs, I'd be all over it. Of course, seeing that I'd have to reformat to do that anyways, I'd probably just put freenas back on the thing like I meant to in the first place.
I'm interested to see if anyone finds it more suitable compared to Server 2003, as a home media server (ignoring the cost issues).
