Ever since MS was forced to remove Java from their OS's, I've been having problems. I installed Sun's Java and I get java errors on alot of websites. Are you guys having this same problem? Is their a fix for it? I've searched Microsofts site for a fix, but they are less than helpful. All I can get is a few references to MS Virtual Machine, but no download link. What gives?
Try browsing this site and near the bottom there is a link to a MS Java installer file. My advice is just do an Edit>Find "IF SINGLE PLAYER GAMES WON'T LOAD" then in that section number 3 gives links for 2 different versions of the installer. I'm about to install it and see how things go, but it looks like someone was nice enough to save an old version for us EDIT:: I installed it and it has been working fine for me, although I find it curious that MSN's Gaming Zone sports software that won't run on new versions of Windows. Couldn't the games be tweaked to run under regular Java?
