WOOT the server has been updated

 

Yup! I'm playing in beta now!!!

 

so...stupid question...but lets say a guy deleted the files from beta to play on the alpha server...how does one get those back to play now that its beta?

 

hmm... I think the beta update "destroyed" the railways.. They don't work like they used to..

 

Stupid answer:
Maybe one of the admins can spawn the files for you?

 

Delete your version file in the bin folder, that should cause everything to re-download.

And bad news, guys: minecart mania's not on. I can only assume it's not been updated. :|

EDIT: theres a large and dangerous chunk error in the ocean behind (west) the apartments. i tried covering it by hand but it causes my character to glitch too much. we might need some cuboid action in that spot.

EDIT #3: ok another large chunk error just appeared right between my cooling towers and my blinky pyramid....thats too close for comfort

I may have to design my own after Christmas, of possible..

hope you all had a good christmas!
I've not been playing much with the server being busy with family, but i made a carto the other day, please save this file as its nearing 40mb odd!

Its crashed Windows Picture viewer!

Downloaded it, then opened it and its crashed,

 

broke carto is broke

 

Nope its just a 42mb png file at 23178 x11194 pixels...i dont possess enough ram to convert it into something else! Photoshop lags out.

 

"no preview available" in windows picture and fax viewer, and the option to open it in paint is greyed out

of coarse this is on my 6 year old laptop...ill try on my desktop tonight

 

no my photoshop says it's corrupt and opera only opens the top 5% or so then it's corrupt after that

 

I wouldnt try it on anything but a newish machine, my computer almost runs out of memory opening / displaying it.

Re-uploading just incase something went wrong in transfer, though it looks correct

I wouldn't advise opening it in your browser....

expansion continues i see

 

i wasnt having any lag, but i keep seeing big chunk errors that appear and disappear randomly. also, LEAVES DECAY AGAIN! finally! and tools are indestructible.
