Linux Minecraft; Official Bit-tech server

I've banned a person who I wish to keep anonymous on suspicion of greifing, the damage has been rolled back and I will talk to the person.
I personally don't think it was their fault but they should of sorted it out.
The creeper holes in the road were a seperate incident and have been fixed.

 

Yeah I agree, whenever I do damage from a creeper I always try to fix it.

 

whats the status on the creative (multiplay) server? has it been updated and/or what version is it running?

 

Thanks Pano. i wasn't too worried about the damage down on the path - but directly outside my house an entire fence-column was missing, and some of the glass panes had been broken. Good too see we have such supportive admins here.

 

What happened?
I ran into nothingness in the desert (on my way back to spawn) and then I fell in the dark.. and I tried to log out and could not log back in..
uh.. or something..

 

oH.. Ok - I'm back in..
but I'm alone (there was around 5 people on when I left)
guess it's a hiccup of some sorts..

 

Server did a fart so I restarted them.

Seems like the survival server is struggling a little tonight, more lag than I've ever experienced.

 

Who's the creative mod?

Not Panomama, like it says on the 1st page......

 

Votick and Timdeakon (spelling may be wrong on both) are the other two. Says it when you join the server along with all the rules.

 

i think the original post is erroneous. i dont believe the original creative server (hosted by mpuk) is associated with the blockjunkies crew (unless it was moved over to their server in secret). as far as i know...no one has been maintaining the original creative server. id like to know what version of MC its running and if its even still up, but i dont know who to PM anymore and i didnt get a response posting in the thread.

the creative map hosted by blockjunkies is their own original map AFAIK.

 

Has anyone else had their stuff stolen? I lost a lot of stuff from my chests. Which is amazing as I thought they were protected. Also someone broke my piston doors.
Sent a message to XM. Figured I should tell everyone else to check.

 

This is just a general query, but does anyone know any good multiplayer mods that work?

Also who do I PM for the survival server?

 

Xtreme Machine or Panomama for the Survival server and Votick (and possible Panomama, I think he's possibly the main server admin for everything) for the creative.

 

What kind of mods do you mean?

Mods that only affect yourself, or mods for the whole community?

One of the most useful little mods for me is Inventory Tweaks. It allows you to sort your inventory and chests according to some rules you can configure yourself or move/craft all stacks of items of the same type with one single click. Really handy.
