I know it said 'Don't change the walls', but I whacked a pair of torches outside the door to illuminate my sign and to be symmetrical. CRT is daaaark.

 

That's fine, I just don't want anyone to make their houses bigger because thats not fair.
You may decorate them however you want, though.

My bridge is almost completed, but now I have thought of further improvements to make after I have the cables done. I really hope Notch can sort out the issues of minecarts in MP though...

This game is like that. It sucks you in, bites down and keeps hold. I've been spending an excessive amount of time on the server, and now the missus is starting to show an interest as well as I walked her through some of my constructions... Oh dear...

 

Sorry to disappoint, currently got two floors, trying to replace dirt walls with brick but rarely have any real quantity of the stuff.

We were going to attempt a BT logo, but couldn't think of any purple material, somebody suggested water behind glass and obsidian.


edit: server is up now, happy days.

Never mind, somebody has been in the hotel and flooded it.

hehe, if it's any use (or distraction) to you there is a non-java adaption of minecraft meaning you can run it from a USB drive without installing java.

 

I know. I can't download that one - I would never get anything done.

Click "multiplayer" in the main menu.

 

I just replaced the blocks this time, next time i'll just take my stuff out and knock down, leaving the rooms to sink to a watery grave
