    I hope the laser sensor is better than the one in my Func MS-3, the damn thing tends to be quite jittery sometimes, and the software is buggy as hell if you mash the buttons a bit too furiously, meaning you need to unplug it & plug it back in to sort it out. Shame because it's so wonderfully comfortable...

    Going on the review it seems the Naos 8200 isn't using interpolation, often the cause of jitter.

    I have the Naos 7000 which uses an optical sensor. Hardwired acceleration plagues laser mice so I would steer well clear of this one unless it is proven to be free of it.

    Another mouse that looks exactly the same as the QPAD 5K which came out 5-6 years ago. Could never get used to the grip but they are accurate.

    Looks like the 5000 ?, found the 5000 uncomfortable to use, buggy, and poor support from mionix

    The Naos reminds me of the Steelseries Ikari. Which is still in use for me. I loved how comfy that thing was.

    The Mionix Naos 7000 is considered the best performing of the Naos series for gaming as it uses an optical sensor instead of laser.

    I would love to have got one, but went for the cheaper Cooler Master Alcor, which comes in a half the price (£25) and still has an excellent optical sensor for gaming.

    I've got one of these, had it a couple of months now but it's been resigned to work laptop duty for most of that. Quick review:

    - Very comfortable
    - Lots of jitter
    - Inaccurate due to hard-coded acceleration

    Conclusion: Great for all day use, but competitive gamers should look elsewhere
