Alclad is great, the only complaint is it gets used up really fast. If you don't have airbrus exp, I was thinking, mabye you could get a glass shop to custom cut and drill mirror panels, that way you could just bolt 'em onto the case, and it would look great.

Whoops, didn't realize there was a response to this... Sorry! Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of the chrome. I *did* have pictures of the results of brushed alu, but can't seem to find them anymore :\

mmm.... perhaps I'll have to test spray something this weekend ;)

    Mirror Chrome Paint

All I can say is this stuff has the best reflection you can find on the market.
It has been recently reformulated and no one elses chrome paint can come
close to these mirror results. Specially made for Glass and Lexan. Best used on the inside shinning through to the outside. Best backed with a waterbased paint rather than a lacquer paint. To see the brochure, click here: http://spazstix.com/whatsnew.html
There is a link on this page to view the pdf.
The file does take a while to load up. So, be warned.
One you use this paint, I am sure you will be impressed such as I am.
You might want to check your local Remote Control Hobby Shops to see if
you can pick it up locally.
