I need you help, my friend's. I made this case model in Sketchup and I relly want to know your opinion about it. I am planning to buid it if you think it is good. Pics: Please, don't judge my Sketcup skills, I only have 4 hour experience in S.
Change it around. Make the front angular and the back flat. Look at the XPS 700: one of the most beautiful cases ever designed imo: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2006/09/04/Dell_XPS_700_review/2
I will be using black and white plexi and black mesh. Sorry, I can't chage it because it is made like this to hide wi-fi antena.
Looks good to me, love white and black themes too! Where's the black though? Also, what components were you thinking of putting in? Looks to me that you don't have a graphics card so do you really need that big of a PSU though? May be worth looking at SFX or PicoPSUs.
White plexi will be used for top part, left and right side of the case and also for grill parts. Black mesh will be behind grill and rest of the case will be made out of black plexi. I have Intel D201GLY MBO for this build. Unfortunatelly, those tipe of PSU's are not available in my country,so I must find sponsor for PSU. Good news is that I found some sponsors that like this design. Noiseblocker send me some silent fans (which are needed because I have noisy and hot IDE HDD). I also think about that, but there will be card reader and front panel and that desing would make difficult to reach them. There will be some little changes in design because I have to fit DVD drive (initialy I didn't planned to put it).
I might direct you to my SU-file hosted at SCC -> http://scc.jezmckean.com/item/567 It's an all-in-one SU-model for mITX, µATX and ATX
