    @Krunch, will be custom painted with detailing to match the exterior design, and insert socket head screws around the openings

    @Cheaps, yees.

    @Zen, Yes, and Andrew says he learned his lesson ....looks like we have buyer, so we should be on track here shortly.

    Here is photos while Milling the front 480 radiator grill bezel from 1.5" thick block of 6061 billet. The backside has been hollowed out, to save weight. the design was inspired by jet engine intakes.

    If you guys are looking for shops around the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, let me know. I have contacts for at least 5 machine shops as well as numerous shops that will form, paint, plate, weld etc. that I use on a nearly daily basis.
