    I think you guys should really do full towers this time. Like with 6 optical bays - 2 3 1/2" bays, multiple H2O loops, lots of fans and radiators and lights. Lots of LEDs and fibre optics and CCFL and, and ...

    You stop that, John.:hehe:
    If you can come up with a Rocketfish model, you would be half way done.

    I started during the last contest. Go for it.:D

    I said free form with suggested(optional) mobility theme so the fold builders could still do what they want.
    I figured suggesting a theme would help people get some ideas started. Now we have 2.:D

    -I don't think having a two-category contest vote would be a good idea. Things were pretty messy last time. Imagine doubling that confusion.

    We should follow the rules of the last contest, which allowed any 3d software. Just keep the really snazzy renders for the end.

    @Confusis - Are you offering to be master of ceremonies this time around? You will need to add some rules and stuff to the first post, or start a new thread.
    @Dark - 666 posts!:eeek:

    Looking good Dark, further than I've got, like the compact design.

    sweet, with this theme i have a headstart, as i'm already drawing one (that i'm actually planning to build too :)

    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    It's got room for two 9.5 inch cards (ATI 4890), three 3.5" HDDs, dual loops both with 120RX rad and 30mm fan, mATX board, low-profile soundcard, slot-loading DVD, fullsize ATX PSU (18cm) long enough to place 1000W units.

    I'll keep working on it to make the design more realistic.
