no. in order to have 2 pci-e 16x cards, you need a mobo with 2 16x pci-e slots. that mobo only has one. the sli mobos have two slots.
And you can't do SLI ATI cards. It only works on mobos with the nForce4 SLI chipset which have two x16 (physical) PCIE slots, and only, at this point, on the 6600GT and 6800-series cards.
