tanx , i'm polishing it right now , for a little shinny effect a little , i dont want it to shine like mirror.. when i start i wanna have a "mad max look" i 've let the case rust a little , then gloss paint and polish
Once again... respect. Not my style, but credit where it's due my friend... no matter what style, that's one serious case. I wish my Dad would make me a case like that. Can you adopt me please? I'm housebroken and everything...
posted my work log on differents forum , and i have to buy a building now... approximatly 100/150 adoptions running
I really love that front (minus the flamy things...) But hey the whole things is done really great. I mean there are so many things you could have screwed up on but you nailed everyting even the flamy things. GOOD JOB MAN!
thanks , but nothing nailed , all screwed , even the flamy thing - if your're talking about the front one - these screws are holding the front in place
thanks , but nothing nailed , all screwed , even the flamy thing - if your're talking about the front one - these screws are holding the front in placethis is how i've done the side fan bezel.. i've used plexi, alu, and..mesh super glue : tests with an old fan - 56k users - i'm sorry
hehehe there's a funny language barrier misunderstanding for reference: screwed up = messed up, destroyed, botched, ****ed up, etc. and nailed = did perfectly, got right, etc. i don't know the etemology (word origins) for 'screwed up', but i believe 'nailed' is from the phrase 'hit the nail on the head', meaning to have done something with great precision or accuracy. so basically he was saying that there were many things that could have gone wrong in the modding of this case, but you have made it a great work of art with little apparent effort (or something along those lines) [and I agree with this, it's a great mod, i found the link off the screensavers website and read through your logs and it looks like you and your kid had a lot of fun] HTH (Hope That Helps)
OMG , i apologize , i thought that kingston said , this was a lumberjack work fu*** dictionnary - , i saw nail and screw - not the same thing why dont we all speak the same language !!!! thanks PsychoI3oy for the 'translation' sorry kingston
if he salutes, i salute! daaaaaaaaaamn that is one nice case, i might have to take notes, so if i were to do a mod (which i wont be able to afford for a while)
this post is the tip's post : nothing new for the old sailors - but could help the young padawan ... * how to hide the bottom wires.. started with some plexi.. after 'sand-paperization' * how to use 'naturals holes' to your advantage some plexi again and 2 leds glued...
That is a SWEET case, and it is nice to see someone departing from the usual green / black color scheme. I like the method of hiding the wires beneath the sanded plexi. Any plans to light it up on the bottom? Those bolts that hold the fans on are awesome! - tf
wow thats some really amazing job alonso long time no see something like that it definitively looks like a case from hell; those flames just rule.. really nice.. i have no words..
I saw this case at casemodgod, and I'll comment here. It's wonderful! The whole theme is well put together, and the flames are very well done. The plexi thing at the bottom hiding the wires is brilliant, and I may have to steal that idea for my case, with a rheobus my 8 case fans get kinda bulky on the wiring thanks for sharing this great piece of work!
Hello and thanks i'm back with my new feet..... i used some plexi , wood , and very thin alu. tested with a floating blue led. and the final RED not pink, my camera still su*****. plugged in usb (5v) cause i haven't male molex and the weather is too cold - make the light smooth -
oh man.. this is really a great case it looks like a monster those colors are great so... you decided to use both plexi and alu, that was great it looks really good congrats!
