Well, last night I got a little bit bored with my regular left arm and wrist, so i decided to mod it.. The tools I used were..: Me Leather Soled shoes Haste too Watch Top-Gear Some Stairs. First I put on th leather soled shoes and ran down stairs to watch Top-Gear. I slipped and fell face fist down a full flight of stairs and fell onto my wrist/arm. This part really hurt. Anyway, seems I've managed to do 'something' (doctor thinks its both bones in my arm and something In my Wrist). Only thing I know is that it hurts like hell, and I didn't sleep last-night. Soo, I'm off for an X-ray later this morning and whatever esles is set too come my way....
Missed top gear then... pitty it was ace (Disclaimer in case it wasn't i was watching an embarrassing incident involving a third rate South American Rugby team and a fourth rate Europen one)
I had a friend who did something similar a few weeks back. Fell out of the sky after a bike jump at an event in Cornwall, shattering his elbow and breaking his wrist. Doctors in cornwall said it was fine, so we made him drive back. Only when he got back did he get it checked again and they saw instantly what had happened. The cornwall doctors just get fed up dealing with surfers and bikers all summer. Now he can't turn it fully or straighten his arm and he's got a massive metal plate in there.
So THAT's what your icon is all about. Dang, coulda been worse - at least you didn't end up seeing bone!
Yeah frankly I'm quite disappointed, I was expecting some sort of tattoo or as morphine-kitty said, some kind of plasma cannon. You sir have disappointed the fold of geeks. This cannot be tolerated. You are to cut and paste "I am very sorry for not modding myself to the full potential as expected by the geek collective" the amount of times that 2 to the power 10 equals. Failure to do so by 8pm GMT on the 9th October 2007 will result in the use of your body as a piñata filled with tech goodies.
I suppose that makes for a good "stranger" when knocking on out? Watch out for that velcro though, don't want that rubbing away! (happy now dom? )
