I'd liekt omd my case, but as I'm pretty strapped for cash I can't afford to go out and spend huge amounts of money.

Here's some picis of my beast unmodded

The pics don't actually show my current system spec as I took them beforeI upgraded my mothervaord and CPU.

Modding on the cheap....Here are my suggestions.

Paint the case...that doesn't have to cost much.
    Add a fan or two.
The plexiglass kits can run a bit of money but, the plexiglass alone is only a couple of bucks (quid?).

I would say that the main thing in modding isn't the money...it is the attention to detail. I have seen people blow tons on stuff only to have their case look like crap. I have seen people spend very little to have a really killer box.

    It is in the details.

    Good luck. Keep us posted.

Painting costs not too much, but remember you need to get undercoat as well as top coat and you need to remove the existing paint before you spray.

Maplin Cathodes are a cheap cheap way of giving your case some light.

Fans and grills dont cost too much (if you dont go for papst or other expensive fans). 80mm evercools are great and quiet and 80mm grills dont cost too much either.

You can get plexi-glass clear plastic for a window from B&Q so im told, so save money instead of buying Pcmods window kits.

Im having to think in the same terms of you atm as im planning a case for a prize at my local high school for their winter fete :)

Going down to maplins for donations later *hopefully*

Thanks guys, I'm really just looking into it right now though. I just this minute shoved a second case fan in, I got tonnes of them hanging round, just now run ou of places to screw the things in.

I fancy a blue case :) I was going to bu a GlobalWin case but discovered that I didmn't have enough money so I had to settle for an e-buyer cheapy, actually a blooming good buy for £17 + vat
