TV has decided it no longer supports HD from the 360. If anyone has a 360 and could do us a favor, could you tell me how to get to the HDMI settings to knock it of or down to a lower HD setting as i have no other TV or monitor, i pretty much need to do it blind.

    Cheers.

No worries, problem solved!, GPU is dead.

ack such a pain when that happens, had it happen to me changing from tv to monitor, as the console starts(use guide button) hold the yellow button then pull the right trigger to reset back to default so you can get on. at least thats how it used to work on my old xbox.

    Roskoken,

What was your HDMI settings before it kicked the bucket?? sometimes the highest settings put too much stress on the 360's HDMI port.. try a lower setting like 720 or 1080i.. the 1080p is a bit too much stress. Mine is on the 720 and it'll stay there.

Aye well, ive had issues with that before, swapping monitors and all that to change, sometimes with samsungs in particular itll knock off the full HD, does it with PC's now and then too. But im pretty much blind, so trying to get to the video settings to set it to 720 is a bit of a nightmare.

And together with the artifacting, weeeell. Fear the worse an all that.
