    PwC Consulting change their name to Monday:

    Create an annoying website - introducingmonday.com/monday.com

    Don't bother buying any international versions, so someone else does: http://www.introducingmonday.co.uk/

    Check it, it's hilarious.

    If Monday can prove that the owners of the site are cybersquatting (deliberate, bad-faith, and abusive registration of Internet domain names in violation of the rights of trademark owners.) then there is a chance a judge will be order the domain to be transfered.

    Um I could be wrong however, I'm sure someone will correct me If I am. :p

    Sounds about right to me rK@NE, I have a client who owned porscheimporter.com and was hoping to set up a Porsche Importing website, but unfortunately he also had the idea of seeing if anyone else wanted to buy it off him before he started on the site.

    Porsche complaned to WIPO and my client was ordered to hand over all his domains with the word "porsche" in. (About 4 domains in total)

    So yes, Monday could get the name transfered to them, doubt the owner would really care that much. He's made a name for himself in the process and the incident been reported worldwide.
