Graphics Monitors & Graphics Card Setup

    Hey all

    Would like to setup 3 monitors, at the moment i've got 2 monitors running off my pci-e card.

    I was wondering;

    1) Could I plug in another pci-e card same brand as my first and run another 2 monitors off it?

    2) Could I plug in a pci-card and have monitors run off that?

    Its only for 2D work, no gaming just word processing so dont need eyefinity.


    Tried to give it a google, but nothing is clear and some quesitons refer to AGP which is a bit old lol

    You can plug any other PCI-e graphics card in.

    you can even mix and match ati/nvidia cards, although i think sorting the drivers can be a problem.
