Hmmm... interesting and unexploited teritory IMHO. I know about the sex games from Japan, they have potential alltough, I didn't play them.
MMO's have, the biggest potential to integrate sex.

 

I might be sailing a bit close to the wind here vis-a-vis the forum rules, but you can get a good idea of what's available by checking out the "Adult" category at Himeya Shop. While the main site is work-safe (if your boss doesn't mind you looking at a computer game store), the "Adult" category is almost certainly not.

You could do it in a age of empires/command and conquer stylee, and your player has to go out and give as many STI's as possible to build his hepatic civicilsation....

Could do it GT3/Need for speed style, with Pimp my Hoe as the theme, spending money from porn shoots that your Hoe does, and putting the cash into upgrades, like plastic surgery and clothes... so she can get into bigger and better 'races' hell, you could even have powerups in it like viagra ..

Tekken /fighting game style - Battle to the death with an assortment of sex toys and porn starts...

hmmm.....yeah I'll stop thinking now..
