    First Let me introduce myself

My name is Chris I live in Phoenix AZ and I have built several of my own systems but they have all been your typical Beige Box Builds.

I finally have the time and space (Kinda) to do a Complete scratch built system. I have a few Ideas in my head :wallbash: I just need to figure out what I am going to use to build the Floor Board/MoboTray out of (Yes this will be a vehicle based Design) I know a Standard Tray "might work but what do you use for a Custom Tray what is the Preferred Material

The same material as the rest of the case? Or save yourself some time and effort and buy a factory made tray..

So a Brass Plate will work? The Entire Chassis and Roll cage will be made of Brass Tubing and the Frame is going to be made of Brass Square tube

The material of the tray makes absolutely no difference at all. Brass is fine.
