I am thinking it may be time for a new build. I am however a little out of touch with current hardware.
I am looking for suggestions for an intel motherboard. Ideally I would like as many external USB3 ports as possible and onboard graphics. Limited budget £90 - £100
    I was thinking of - Gigabyte H370M D3H, Intel H370, S 1151, DDR4, MicroATX

Can you explain more about the scenario + what HW you already have. Because a MB will require a CPU etc..

Of course. I was thinking of a complete new build apart from PSU.

What are you using it for?

PC wont be used for gaming but will be used for high quality scanning, photo editing, some CAD, desktop publishing etc.
(Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, MS Office, Autocad, etc)

OK so most importantly here: what display are you using?

For example: Intel iGPU still doesn't support 4K60 over HDMI. And colour accuracy is advantageous.

Do you need lots of storage? WiFi? Wired?

Seems like you don't need a big PC at all. Something svelte and quiet.
There's a trend of Ryzen APU + InWin Chopin builds recently. Otherwise B360s are a bit cheaper than H370s

Thanks. WiFi could be useful. Storage will be SSD & HDD. I am not using a large display.

Which of these RAM modules has the better spec, I don't suppose there will be much difference.

    DDR4 PC4-2130016-18-18 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-2666 • 1.2V • 1024Meg x 64 •
    or
    DDR4 PC4-19200 • 16-16-16 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-2400 • 1.2V • 1024Meg x 64 •

    Many thanks

They’ll both be the same, so just get whichever is cheaper.
