I just told my mum its in May, see if she takes a swing at me. Yep got her some flowers and stuff, i could have a go at making her dinner, but that may not be a good idea.
Go to a nice restaurant, order number of plate you need, take them all for take out. Go home, re-heat if needed, and diner is served!

That's great, but I don't think my mum's interested in running her own restaurant! I made enchiladas last night with my brother (we're too busy on Sunday nights) and cooked breakfast this morning. Plus a little flower basket + handmade card.
Sneaked out the house to go and buy a card this morning... I didn't forget, I planned to buy one this morning, I just over slept and they came home :L
It's like training for having a girlfriend...you should call her bluff and go play video games until she gets fed up enough to have a go at you, only then can you fix it. Even if it does arrive tomorrow and you show her the stamp date it won't be OK unless she's gone batsh!t insane first.

Today was a very important day for British ice hockey fans as well... Playoff grand final day Nottingham won Anyway, yeah I got Mum a card, book (The Royal Wedding), some chocolates and a spring bouquet. She hasn't actually got them yet though, because they're only coming home from a short holiday tonight
we went grocery shopping. It was great, everyone else was having the obligatory dinner with mum. Supermarket was empty.
