Went to a small hotrod/ratrod/caferacers/customs/bobbers/... in my city today.

    Saw this beauty there: [IMG]
(click image for much larger, iphone picture)

I know it is a modern bike, but that just makes more sense to me. For me it could do with a bit less chrome, a brown saddle, maybe a different clourschem and a different front fork, not a fan of springers, definatly not chrome ones.

But still, great looking bike. Hopefully I'll own something similar one day... untill that day I'll just keep brapping about on my 'tard.

That's what makes biking brilliant. everyone has different tastes, there are a few snobs out there but me I like them all. I can definitely see the appeal of a custom bike and when I can't ride sport bikes anymore (which won't be long) I might have a dabble and build my own custom.

I appreciate that quoting myself is a bit much, but ... I'll eat my words, Crutchlow was right there with them, if he learns how to overtake like Rossi, he'll win races this year.

The two Hondas held him up for three quarters of that race, he just couldn't get past.

Just loved the racing last night oh so much better than F1 especially with the non existent team orders in motogp.. How much longer will Smith be in motogp for is the question. Maybe I'm been hasty but I would rather see Redding on that bike.

I knew Crutchy would do well as he had the right attitude. But this new kid on the block Marquez is the new Rossi and he ain't scared of nothing. Damn he can hang of that bike and wow he had spooked motogp's Button namely Pedrosa.

The racing last night was excellent. I agree. Crutchlow put in a great performance hanging onto the Hondas as long as he did. I hope Yamaha take notice and speed up the shipment of upgrades so he can be even nearer the pace preferably before Le Mans.

I think Smith needs a bit more time before people can really judge his potential but I do fear for a single season in MotoGP. It's so so ruthless he needs to make an impact. We know he is quick he just needs to get some time with the bike in a race environment. Time will tell I guess.

I'm a big Rossi fan and it was so good to see him back to something resembling his old self. Although Marquez looked really quick and I have no doubt he will win races the wealth of experience Rossi has payed off last night. Some of his overtakes were magnificent.

It's shaping up to be a great season.

Crutchlow had better corner speed than the Honda's on last years bike, the difference between Crutchlow and Rossi on the straight was insane. Hope Mr Yamaha ships the 2013 upgrades out to Tech 3 soon.

V nice, it'd have to be flat black, flat grey, or loose all the chrome and go NATO green for me, but very nice all the same.

My r125 has been sat for a year and the battery is flat, could I retop it with water and a charger or would the battery need replacing?
