Well, I have an alan key set and a spanner set incase anyone needs their nuts tightening. ... again with the inadvertant sexual comments (ok that one was slightly less unintentional).
Wont be able to make it this week but will be up for the next one. That was supposed to be a bad joke, seeing as plenty of us (myself included) have come off our bikes recently
Ah, gotcha (re: injuries). No probs, see you there at some point Looks like we're planning to head out between 10 and 11 tomorrow, will keep this thread updated today.
Seems I missed you guys (I didn't get on the trail 'till 12.00 ). I did lots of lovely singletrack then sat around for a bit while my bro did the jumps, then a little more singletrack, and then left about 14.00. So whereabouts were you guys?
We were sitting around outside the bike hire hut from about 12:15 til 12:45 then we did a couple of hours. Good fun, hope to catch you some other time trigger.
Any pics from the ride? Bit-Tech Bike Club small print: "Bubble boy suits will be compulsory for the more accident prone"
When I can actually ride again, I intend bringing a camera to take shots. If TR has a video camera in I might try to steal that as well
Bumpedy bump. You guys fancy a ride this weekend? I know Rich S can't come out as he's having a leg reconstructed or something but I'm up for some biking either near your or we can hit the South Downs around Leath Hill or something if you fancy?
Hey everyone, I'm stuck in Reading with no transport apart from my shiny new bike. Can anyone recommend somewhere to ride it that I can get to with public transport? With my current fitness level I'm fairly restricted in places it won't kill me to get to, and I'd like to be able to ride when I get there. Thanks.
Dude, get on the train from reading to Martins Heron (20 mins). Ride 2 miles to the Look Out (Swinley Forest) from Martins Heron and you're in an awesome, awesome spot for riding
OK, just had a look at Swinley Forest on google earth. I think I could maybe find somewhere to ride there Thanks
