    Nope. That was the initial rulling and slap on the wrist. This is a continuing rolling fine that gets impossed if they don't sort things out today.

    What happens? The EU can prevent MS from conducting business in any EU state (err, country) until MS complies. And if they want, they can lean on washington to force MS to comply in OUR country, where we can send a bailiff out there. ;) Lord knows that we would probably respond favorably.

    I say, Microsoft, don't pay the fine and carry on doing what you do.

    The EU is stupid, they tried to ban Bananas that weren't straight once. And it'll be funny to see how the EU will react if their plan backfires! The money made from the fine (if MS did pay) would just go on the CAP in Greece or something.

    Meh, I don't care what the money goes to as long as it's coming from MS.
