Windows msnp32.dll is missing

    when ever my pc boots i get a message that msnp32.dll is missing, and that some or all of microsoft network is not available. the dumb thing is that the file is in the system folder. where else could this file go to make the network work?

    I have re-installed windows, it needed it anyway. The problem is fixed as far as i can see. I can connect to my network again so im happy.
