    Ok, heres the scenario:

I have multiple hard drives, some with windows installed on them; I want to be able to select which OS I want to boot to when I startup my computer.

I know that my boot options are controlled by Boot.INI (well.. I think so). But I dont know what settings to input.

    Any ideas?

is there a problem with running a software-based boot loader

to sucsessfully use boot.ini , the os's have to be installed in a specific order ..

    i.e.

    linux / BeOS /bsd
    dos/3.x
    9x
    2k
    xp

basically, non microsoft, then ms stuff oldest to newest
