Graphics Multiple PCI-E risers?

    Hi. Are there any issues using multiple pci-e risers? I need about 25cm of length. I´m thinking about using two of these: x1 riser

    You can try it but without signal boosting you'll certainly suffer bandwidth issues. Also PCIe spec states a maximum operational length WITHOUT connector use, so I'd imagine + connectors that is reduced. I can't remember what the spec is exactly sorry, about 50cm iirc, but that's depending on the design of the controller and its voltage etc.

    Ok, so I MIGHT be ok with 30cm then? well, guess I just have to try it out then :lol: thanks!
