Hello guys! I am fairly new to the field of electronics, but would like to learn more about it, by asking you a question about an idea I have. I am looking to buy a multitouch display, but only the self-capacitive foil, without lcd screen beneath it, or anything else, just the bare thing. My first question is if any of you would know where to find 18" 16:9 such screen? The second question is connected to a thread I saw earlier here about putting glass over the screen (a user wanted to build integrated touch screen coffee table which was awesome), so apart from the glass being 1 mm thick, I would also want to ask if any of you could help me build the circuitboard for that screen and an LCD standing underneath.
