Muvo TX FM won't work

    I got a Muvo TX FM 512MB for christmas. I start to turn it on, and it goes through the Muvo TX FM logo on the lcd screen, then it shuts right off. I've tried brand new batteries and it doesn't turn on still. Also I go to put it into my USB port and my computer doesn't even do anything. It doesn't recognize it or anything. I searched for it, tried the run command, and reinstalled the drivers. I downloaded the new firmware, but it won't run the .exe for some reason. Now I'm kinda pissed off cause it is a $140 mp3 player and right now it's a POS. Please Help!!

    MP3's being DOA are more common than you think...just RMA it.

    Sounds like a DOA.

    Send it back and you should have a new one in a week. :thumb:
