I`m looking for a new mouse.. Optical of course..
So what do I have to choose on.. a MX 500 or a
Intelli 3.0.. don´t know wich to choose.. as usually.

I have seen a new mouse, don´t remember it´s name but
I remember it was verry thin, green leds in bottom and
it had a name starting on S.

    MX500.

It has more buttons, and feels a considerable amount heavier than a MS 3.0.

Also seems a lot easier to paint/mod an MX500, as you have to remove the feet of the Intellimouse, which is a bit of a hassle [ or was, for my bro ].

Also, peripherals is the forum for you! :D

It's all down to personal preference. I prefer the Intellimouse for fit but the Logitech for "feel". Go to your nearest computer store, try them both out then buy online ;).

Yeah, there are buttons next to the wheel...awkward for me, but they aren't intended for gaming. The thumb buttons sit *gasp* right under my thumb. There are two thumb buttons and I use both ingame easily. Maybe it's because I'm used to it, but I dunno.

Anyways, I vote for the MX500/700. Seriously though, just go cordless. You wont have to drag that cursed cable all over the desk with you.

    I have buyed a Intelli 3.0 now.
The MX was to small , I didn´t get the right grip on it.
I did not try the Mx700 but it is to expensive anyway.

    Thanks for subscribing
