    get some blowhole trim for the side blowhole. Will neaten it up no end

    If you want to make nice and neat holes for your fans don't use a dremel. Rather a hole saw works much better. Linky

    hmph. Dont have a Hole Saw, I thought it was a reasonable job.

    Will get some blow hole trim during the week and some fan grills.
