Hello everyone! I have built one intel Core i7 PC for my dad already and I posted it here a while ago, but now it is time for my PC to enter the spotlight. I need an overhaul of my work area; that means my PC, printer, monitor, you know stuff like that. So I spent over $3000 and made a computer that was just right for me. The specks: CPU: intel Core i7 920 D0 (stock, but I have had it up to 3.8GHz) Mother Board: ASUS P6T RAM: OCZ Reaper DDR3 1866Mz 6GB (3x2GB) Video Cards: 2x BFG GeForce GTX 295 (Quad SLI) Power Supply: Antec TPQ-1000 Case: Cooler Master HAF 932 CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V8 You might have noticed that all of that is already in my sig but I think it is more formal to write it here. I did actualy build it over a month ago but I thought I should post it now because I remember that I was going to.
After I got all of the new parts on my old Lian-Li PC-60 mother board I learned that the Video cards were not going to fit in the case, they were just to long. Well I got a modular Power Supply but does it really matter if you use every plug?
Looks good mate. A little bit of an OC and you should get similar to this.. Need any help with an OC just ask as my system is very similar to yours. Andy
