my 3d mark score

    With a Athlon64 3200+ w/ 1 meg l2 cache and a radeon 9200 does 7548 sound about right for a 3d mark?

    Which 3d Mark... 2001SE or 03? If the Former, no it's pants.. if the latter, that's a fine score.

    R9200...that's got to be 3dmark2001. It's an alright score for your video card...but that is what is holding you back tremendously.

    YOu never know... could be '03... that's a KILLER score! Probably 2001 tho, in which case, a look at the ORB reveals that it's below par by a significant amount. Around 9000 would seem about right for that system. Remember 2001 is more of a whole system test than a GPU test.

    Now I come to think of it, it would have to be 2001, as there is no way a 9200 would score anything near that, as it won't even be running all the tests. I would have thought a 9200 would turn in around 1500 or so in '03

    seems like you have some kind of ram/driver issue, or something like norton running in the background.

    it 2001 se, got a gig of ram i doubt that the problem.

    i meant the speed of it, not the capacity.
