    I love it.

The etching on the window looks sleek and works well with the light :D (thought I'd go brighter).

    Also like your general setup.

    Peace

wow, thats's one nice shuttle.

Where'd you get the Biohazard Grill from? I want to add a side intake for my graphics card but don't particularly fancy putting a sieve on the side.

    looks nice :thumb:

ive got a couple of questions tho:
How do you find the temps with no ventilation on the gfx side? or is that compensated for by the blowhole!?
and how thick is the plexi in there?

    cheers,
    RoB

temps are a little high than my old system about 40 idol 50 ish on load .. // the graphics card has a updated cooler on it (iceburg) ... and yes the blow hole is helping to extract the hot air ... and on the right hand of the shuttle i have loads of mesh thats sucking in cold air .. but i will add .. lol its not silent :) lol but im not that bothard :)

Damn, thats a shame. I was very impressed with the install, definitely one of the better ones I have seen.

Anyway, i'll stop hijacking your thread but good luck with the next install!

    Looks good!

I suggest stealthing that drive, though. Takes all of 10 minutes to do if you have a dremel, and the look is great. It blends in more with the Shuttle than any CD faceplate. Here, check this out:

Sorry for the poor lighting quality. This was taken at about midnight or so. ;)

Anyway, all you need is the original faceplate and some double-sided foam tape. You break off the tabs around the sides of the original faceplate, grind down the top and bottom tabs, and cut the screws off a little bit, tape it, and you're done. It'll hit the button on most drives without having to add a piece of plastic or anything.

One more question, did you put the window in yourself or did you have the Kustom PC lot do it for you? I want a window, but I'm utterly inept with a dremel. :waah:
