Modding My black bubble box needs a clearcoat

    Ok, I have painted my case black (as well as my keyboard and mouse... It is enamel paint so it already has a decent shine, does anybody know a brand of clearcoat that would not eat away at it or know what sort of rubbing compound to use to make it more mirror like...

    Its usually safe to use the same brand of paint that you used for the color. The mix of chemicals should be compatible.

    I thiught That too, but all of the clearcoat @ the store has written on it not for enamel paint

    I mean the shine is ok, but not automotive paint worthy..
