Well, here it is my breifcase PC. this mod didn't turn out looking to nice but it works great. One for scale
And were are the sparks, blown up parts, cut fingers, dead HDDs? This belongs to modding, not disasters.
Dont leave it out in public, unattended, because it could easily end up a disaster mod (courtesy of the bomb squad). But other than that, (and the fact its in the wrong forum) nice mod.
Nah, clean up the edges of those cuts somehow and it'll look good. Here's a thought: 100-mile-an-hour tape - ie, duct tape actually made out of heavy aluminum foil. Cut strips of that and just tape it - carefully - around the cut edges. Should clean it up a lot, and make it all stronger to boot.
im not quite sure what swear word your refering to, but i think it looks fine, you just need to clean up those cuts, then it will look fine and you can put it in the modding section.
Would cutting the holes slightly larger tidy it all up a bit, it cutting them so htey are square, and putting a piece of aluminium at hte i/o pannel to make it tidier. And its not duct tape that you want, its aluminium tape, (they are different, the aluminium tape is stronger, shinier, and doesnt look so tacky, its also a bit more expensive and harder to get). What are the specs by the way, and what temps are you getting.
The only reason it looks bad is because of the wonky cuts you made in the case. Straighten those up and make the surface flush and it will be really good.
naaw man not a disaster yet, for an idea on how to clean it up, and cover up any bad cuts. just buy some chrome edging from a auto store possibly, or a local home depot or lowes. cut that to fit around the edges and your set
WTF are you talking about? That's a perfect mod. This definitely goes in a different forum. THAT MOD IS AWESOME.
