my Computer died

    my computer died, I woke up this moarnning and tried to turn it on but nothing. I checked all the connections, but still nothing. When I opened it up nothing seemed wrong, then i sniffed it. My computer roasted in it's sleep. I feel like a family member has died.

    What roasted?

    Might be simple but you tried resetting the CMOS and simple stuff like that... tried a different PSU?.. Clean dust out etc etc

    i just opened my psu, a capacitor blew up, i'm going to try and get a new one today.

    i don't know if the damage is worse, my mobo could be fried too for all i know.

    the heatwave is causing blackouts in parts of the country due to increased demand.

    i loose power atleast once a day and i live less than 30 miles from a nuclear power plant......

    no black outs, i opened the psu and the remains of a blown up capacitor fell out, and no black outs, just a short over a capacitor. I went and baught a new psu, that fixed, thanks for the emotional support.
