I Finally made up my mind and went with getting a whole new system(minus Hdd) it took me even longer to decide on what exact parts i wanted. so here it is, My first build

    AMD Athlon 64 3700+ W/Zalman Cu LED
    eVGA nForce SLi 939
    eVGA 7800GT W/Zalman AlCu LED
    Corsair XMS 1gb (2x512)
    Atrix PSCI 500W PSU
    Raidmax Astro268 Case

Other things include PCI slot Exhaust blower, Digital thermal monitor, Card reader/Fan speed plate.

I cant wait to build this rig up. if you guys have any tips for me that would be cool.

Hmm digital thermal monitor? I thought most cpus and gpus got a inbuilt thermal monitor, I just use speedfan its a great utility and to check gpu temps Rivatuner is a great choice.

    First build?
If its truely your first time with the insides of a computer, read the manuals.
    At least scan them ;)

Other than that, take your time. :)
