Hi there Been reading the magazine for quite some time, just decided to join the forums and thought you may like to see my first build: Case - NZXT Apollo. Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-MA785GM. CPU - AMD Athlon II X4 Quad Core 620 2.60GHz. RAM -4GB DDR2. Graphics Card - ATI 5670. PSU - Corsair 550 Watt. Additional - Zalman fan controller. The above were taken two weeks ago as I'd just finished the build, during those two weeks I established the stock CPU cooler sounded like a jet on take off and upgraded: And yes I know AMD done a fantastic job of putting the sticker on the original cooler fan - the new mods include the Corsair H50 Water Cooler, an Antec Spot cooler and a few other bits n bobs to try help tidy up the cables. One thing I've noticed is this particular case is an absolute nightmare for cable management. Have to admit though its been a learning experience, enjoyable, frustrating and rewarding all at the same time Comments and constructive criticism is always appreciated, thanks for looking.
Promise you its a bad job for your first build that's for sure. Million times better than I did. The case does hinder you with cable management, that's why I say I always spend some money for a decent case just in case for the future. I have only learnt this from previous experience. But nice one there mate.
Pretty good. BUT... I'm not trying to be rude here, but I don't see any modding done to the case. This is after all the "Modding" section for case mods.
Apologies - perhaps I've posted this thread in the wrong section of the forum? If so perhaps a kind admin will move it to the correct section?
