Apple my freeware needs :D

Hi,

As i'm in spain for the next 11 months, its kind of hard to communicate with my family/friends cheaply or free. i've got msn clients i've found which support my webcam, but not the mic i have built into my macbook 2.0, anyone know anything? dont give me something like skype to use alongside msn, i have to communicate with not tech savvy people so asking them to instal skype and run it alongside msn messenger with webcam is going to be easy, i doubt most of them could even install skype....


Anyway thats about it, also recommendations for irc clients, and remember as the topic says...FREEWARE!! i am broke at the mo, so no software expenditures are allowed.

tbh, if they can use msn they can use skype.
And its gonna be your best option.

ichat has webcam and supports the cam in the macbook. its compatible with AIM...

 

Are you running Bootcamp?

I know the latest Bootcamp supports the Macbook's iSight and microphone in Win XP.

 

Another vote for skype.

The latest beta supports webcams too.
