i have a CTX VL700. its really strange, when i got it, it was great. perfectly clear. then it became blurry. then after a few weeks of my eyes suffering it cleared up. but now its fuzzy as ever. (by the way, i have a radeon 9000 pro) whats strange is, when i turn down the brightness, the text becomes readable. what do i do? is there something i can do to fix it, other than buy another monitor? thanks!
get it replaced? they have a 3 year warranty don't they? i have a VL700 at work and the power supply in it is pants, the screen resizes depending on whether its showing light or dark stuff, and when you minimise a dark window, the light bits of the screen go dimmer. not impressed
i got this monitor used, and without warranty. the seller, i was told, was looking for a lcd monitor.
I have a CTX VL700 and it is a very bright monitor I have brightness on 0 and contrast at 73. I have mate who used to fix monitors ill will give him a ring and see if he knows what to do.
