Modding My latest vfd...

    Actually had this display for quite a while now (bought her not long after the 2x20 i wrote the vfd article about) but she's been a bit of a pain to make work. It turns out that this display is a lot more sensitive to noise than the 2x20 - I don't know why :D

    VFD's rocks :D

    I can say that about every VFD tho, cos they are, well sexeh!!! :D

    Ahh s'ok I'm not going to buy any more. Ever. Well probably not. Maybe just a little one...

    No on a serious note I'm building a mp3/divx box soon so I need a spare for that, my graphic is for development and the MO 2x20 is really really nice and very useful... so I'm not that bad, I do sell all the old ones :)

    Anyway all is working now...

    Pulse length was too long... 100 ohm resistor in series with parallel pin1 did the trick :)
