Ah...well the german burocracy actually allows you to have two passports explicitly for travels into morocco and israel

 

The menu (current one but I assume it has not changed *that* much) has some meat dishes on it - how careful did you have to be with the preparation of vegiterian food? (IE. are we talking seperate parts to the kitchen/equipment/etc.)

How did you get into cooking? (If you don't mind me asking!).

It looks like you are going to have quite a bit of packing to do and soon! Good luck! (When I moved with my family from Oz to the Uk it took us 2 weeks to pack/fill a 40ft container!)

 

LOL, no, it's not like cooking kosher. We wash things and try not to cross contaminate as a rule. But nothing special for vegitarians.

I was in Uni, and friends got me a job at a pub washing dishes for beer money. I started helping the prep cooks, and wasn't brain dead. I was a line cook within a month working lunches with a lesbian who hit me every time I made mistakes. That was 1995-96.

We do this a lot and grew up this way, so no big deal really. Just the speed is a bit unusual.
