    What memory are you upgrading to this from?
    You could try some of the corsair sticks over at scan, this is probably the sort of thing:
    Corsair TwinX XMS2 DDR2

    Though if you're after something with a bit more power and better price then the Kingston HyperX sticks are very good and well priced also, IIRC just under £80 for 4gb PC2-8500.

    The 1066 should give you a boost yes, but I'm not completely sure how noticeable it will be, but it would be worth it.

    As it is I think the HyperX's look like the best option for you, especially at that price, have you overclocked your rig at all?

    I agree, the Hyper-X's look the best option. If it was me, i would buy the 1066MHz RAM.

    DDR2 is really expensive, I luckily found some more Reapers from the mrket place as its silly expensive new :(

    Of course, you could make the jump to DDR3, if you're budget allows it. Obviously you'll need a new mobo, CPU etc. but seeing as you are with DDR2 ram then it's about time to upgrade.
