Delegations from the United States, North Korea and China have completed their first day of discussions on North Korea's nuclear ambitions. There was no information on the progress of the meeting. US envoy James Kelly left for his hotel in host capital Beijing saying only "No words today, thank you." Wednesday's talks were the first between North Korea and the US since the nuclear crisis in the North began last October.
