For me it has to be Orange. I have a Sony Ericson C902 which I got as an upgrade last year. Three months after I got it, the official SE charger died, and the phones keeps on crashing.

i try and update the firmware through the SE software, but the phone refuses to accept the update, and Orange say untill I can get the firmware on it they will not take the phone back and see whats wrong. I was forced to back to using my Samsung D900, which I bricked the other day when I dropped it, so I can now only use the C902 which crashes in important phone calls, lovely !

Am stuck with Orange till next year now too, and I shan't be staying with, I'll get my PAC code and head back to 02.

Tiscali, after rubbish service we left, twice after leaving they debited my mums accout a few hundred pound, we got it back both times but only after a fuss, and with the bank on our side. We have since cancled all old dirrect debits with the bank, to stop it happening again. I have also heard the same thing has happened to other people, the second time was nearly two years after we had left them. Bunch of crooks.

Aye, but at least I've had no reason to contact them and the experience is far better than wandering into a shop and being treated to crap customer service. I bought something from there yesterday (I know, once burnt and all that) after carrying it over to a till and waiting about 5 minutes. There was no staff around at all. Stunning.
