Apple Natwest App problems

Hello guys i cannot find anything on Google (might be because im stupid) so i thought i might as well try here

I have an iPhone as well as a nexus 7, now the problem is when i install the Natwest banking app on the iPhone and the nexus only one will work, it will give me a message saying you have updated your details , please delete, download and install. Once ive done that then i cant use it on the nexus its really confusing

 

You can only have it registered to one device, I guess it's some sort of security thing. Maybe they'll sort it out one day.

I'm talking about the RBS app but it will be the same for Natwest.

 

noooooo dont tell me that. what use is that then??? so i have to have my iphone when im on the nexus just in case i need to check my funds.

 

No idea why it works like that, maybe give them an email?

 

I have it on my 2 phones and my 2 tablets, all running android.

All of them are rooted with different custom roms though, maybe that's why it works

I reckon it won't work on iOS and android at the same time

 

I'll test this tonight on another android device if needed - but have had issues with the app not working cross-platform - i.e can't have it on the iPad and phone (galaxy nexus) at the same time due to the same "error" as the OP.

You could always just login to online banking to check funds (i.e stick app on iPhone and use nwolb.com on nexus?)
