Need a cheap ITX board for i5 2500K
Must have SATA 6GB, USB3 and Gigabyte LAN.

    Do not need Wifi!

Use for internet emails and light gaming (at a later upgrade).

Also suggestions for a small case that can fit a double slot GPU would be great.

I guess you meant gigabit LAN, not Gigabyte LAN, as AFAIK Gigabyte doesn't make any NIC chips :D.

Considering we talk about i5-2500K and you plan OC, we can rule out any Hxx/Bxx/Qxx chipsets. We can also rule out the Z68 boards, as they don't provide any OC and many times throttle due power limits.

That leaves us with the Z77 boards, and the cheapest one should be the ASRock Z77E-ITX.

Actually I do not plan to OC it. got it more for the iGP then the OC potential.

Gaming is not a necessity but would be nice to have the possibility to add a GPU card at a later date.

Gigabyte have actually bought out two ITX boards (H77 amd Z77) which are cheaper than a Z77-E ITX at £85 & £93 respectively from Scan.

    Clicky.

Haven't seen any solid reviews for them though so can't really comment too much.

Thanks for the info I am new to the ITX bandwagon and though it must be cheaper like mATX boards. I will probably go with that board.
