Development Need a template

    My lcdc site is really lame, but I've just not had the time to do anything, anyone know of a good free template place?

    does your host offer PHP and MySQL ??

    If it does I would consider going that route ... makes posting news and stuff much easier ;)

    Love the LCDC software btw ... big pat on the back :cooldude:

    *edit* I see you have some php forums there ... in which case are you already using a database?

    Cough Cough, yep I've got a few things - actually it's my own serever so anything! Suppose I could go myPHPnuke routre or something, but I'm just not sure how often things will be updated.

    Well, I've used PHPWebSite before. It's a derivative of NUKE and it's being completely rewritten to eliminate all the stupidity in NUKE (awful code, html syntax errors) and be more functional.

    You can find a fair amount of templates/skins/themes around for it, probably not as many as NUKE. If you talk to the guy who did these here themes he may be able to work out something for ya, as long as you aren't in too big of a hurry.

    I was gonna suggest nuke but wasn't sure if it was possible

    i'd certainly say a php&mysql content management script is advisable... which i couldn't tell u as i wrote my own but there is a big selection at www.hotscripts.com

    I'll have to look through at some stage (when I have 5 mins) don't even get time to go to the toilet at the moment! I think Nuke might be a bit ott (well possibly!)
