Heyo, looking for a quiet hardrive around 120-250Gb in storage and less than £50. doesnt have to have any sort of performance as its for a DVR but its in a clients bedroom and needs to be as quiet as possible. The hardrive currently in the machine has started to fail making very loud clicks so needs replacing. i tried a spare IDE one we had and OMG it was loud. HDD access was quiet but the spin motor was clearly audible even when people were taking. any ideas ?
